Appointment times will be assigned as request forms are received. Confirmation of your appointment time will be sent to you if you include a self addressed stamped envelop or an e-mail address. Heart clinic priority will be given to Toy breeds. Other breeds will be scheduled if time permits. All breeds are welcome.

Fee $35
AKC registration and permanent identification is required for CERF. A certificate will be issued confirming diagnosis. The results are confidential. Eye drops are administered to dogs 15 minutes before appointment time. Minimum age for examination is 8 weeks. Dogs must be in good health.
Heart Examinations: Dr. Aaron Wey, DVM, DACVIM, Cardiology, Upstate Vet Specialties, Latham, NY.
Fee $30
Ultrasound will be available at a cost of $180.
Microchips: Dr. Ann Huntington, Suffield Veterinary Hospital, Suffield, CT
Fee: $40 (Includes registration fee for microchip)
PRA: Dr. Ann Huntington, Suffield Veterinary Hospital, Suffield, CT
Request and pay for test in advance at www.optigen.com. Fee to draw blood at clinic is $20.
Patella: Dr. Ann Huntington, Suffield Veterinary Hospital, Suffield, CT
Exam Fee $20 Fill out OFA form in advance (www.offa.org), print out form and bring with an additional check payable to OFA for the appropriate filing fees.
Directions from RT 91: RT 91 North or South, take exit 47W (RT 190 west to Suffield). RT 190 crosses the Connecticut River and comes to a T intersection with RT 159. Turn left onto RT 159 South. Suffield Veterinary Hospital is about 2 miles south on the right.
Directions from Big E: See above or follow alternate directions through Agawam. Turn left out of property onto Memorial Ave. Stay in left lane and follow to small bridge (4 corner intersection with RT 159 and RT 75). Turn left onto RT 159 south. Follow RT 159 south 10 miles (through Agawam into Suffield). Suffield Veterinary Hospital is on the right.
