If you haven't had your dogs health tests done below is the information needed to get them done, and get your CHIC #. Health testing is so very important and it would be great to have the entire club be on board to be a great example of serious breeders!
Dog needs to have permanent ID to get the actual CHIC # either a microchip or a tattoo. You can have the health tests done before the ID is done, you just can't send in the paperwork for the CHIC # until then.
Here is the info if you have not yet participated in health testing. I looked online for upcoming clinics and at shows but it looks like April 2011 is the soonest in the MA area.
